One policy per ticket is required. Each event registration must have its own separate insurance policy. A single insurance policy cannot cover multiple tickets in an order. Example: If you purchase multiple registration, you must buy insurance for each ticket individually. One policy does not apply to an entire order.

Valid reasons: Illness, flight delay, work obligations, military orders. All other reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, last-minute personal decisions to not attend are NOT valid reasons for a refund.
